The requirements and specifications of the current building regulations have been thoroughtly researched by our designers with the result that JCC Fireguard can offer a one-stop soloution in recessed downlights.

At the heart of the Jcc Fireguard design is the integral fire barrier material that, in the event of a fire, seals the downlight and maintains the fire rating of the ceiling. In modern homes, ceilings can be constructed to give 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute fire protection... Fireguard is tested for all 3 ceiling types. Being a one-oeice design, no further firehoods are required making fireguard the easiest and most convenient means of installing downlights with a fire rated ceiling. Jcc Fireguard is thoroughly tested for safety and perfoirmance and i eminently suitable for the installation methods commonly used in new houses today.
