Returns Information
We aim to fully comply with the distance selling regulations which have been in force since 2000. This means we follow the following returns structure set out by trading standards

• 30 Days - to fulfil your order. The orders we send out exceed this rule as we send out all good to be received withing 2-3 working days please see the delivery page for more information
• 7 Days - Cooling off period. This means you have the right to return anything purchased from us within 7 working days for a full refund including the original delivery charge.
• 30 Days - Refund your returned products within 30days of return. We aim to refund your returned orders on the same day we receive them. You will receive email notification that the order has been refunded. If this hasn't happened within 7working days then please contact us using the contact form.
