Dimplex 9.5kW Instant inline unvented water heater

This small, compact instant water heater will fit under most sinks and baths providing hot water as soon as the tap is turned. The hot water unit can be mounted verticaly or horizontally depending on which way suits the application.

Wiring to the Mains

Requires a 40amp 240V supply
If the cable run is less than 10 metres and is surface run 6mm² cable can be used. otherwise 10mm² cable should be used
The water heater must be earthed. and installed in accordance with BS7671.

How the Water Heater Works

Water is delivered though the inlet via a flow switch
The flow switch measures how much water is passing through the unit.
If the switch detects more than a preset level of 2.7litres per minute the units heating elements are switched on.This is shown by a neon indicator light.
Water is passed through a copper heat exchange and is heated immediataly
