Aico mains EI 154TL heat alarm with lithium battery backup

Aico's range of heat alarms are highly responsive to high temperatures and are designed for kitchens and garages or other areas where there is a high chance of nuisance alarms when using smoke alarms, benefits of heat alarms is that they decrease false alarms. These alarms are suitable for use in areas where BS5839 comes into force. Heat alarm must not be used on their own they should always be used in conjunction with a smoke alarm.

This heat alarm features

LED lights are fitted to show the alarms status.
An interconnect feature is present which allows you to connect up to 12 Aico smoke and heat alarms.
Detachable backplate with a tamperproof catch.
This heat alarm has an 85dB(A) at 3 metre sounder.
This alarm can be fitted to a BS4662 one gang back box or can be used in conjunction with the EI157 mounting base.
Features a 10 year + Lithium battery which is designed to outlast the heat alarm and will keep the heat alarm in operation for us to 6months without power.
